Bulimba Golf Club facilities are uniquely placed to provide an opportunity for work and play for work functions, celebrations and your special occasion.

Whether it’s your Staff Christmas party or a business seminar, we have the facilities and convenient location to cater to your requirements.
For each celebration we offer a range of venue options as well as food, drink and entertainment packages which represent outstanding value for money. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to assist you with every step of the planning process.

CHOICE OF VENUE

We offer a range of venue options including Marquee, Clubhouse and the outdoor covered Pavilion. Between them all, the three areas can cater for the smallest occasion to a large function of 180 guests.
Venue decorations such as drapes, backdrops and chair covers in a range of styles and colour schemes can be supplied as part of the package or alternatively, be put up by family and friends.

OUTDOOR PAVILION

The BGC Pavilion adjoins the Clubhouse and is our indoor/outdoor venue which protects from the elements but provides an open and bright outdoor ambience. This area can be set up in a multitude of ways to suit function requirements. The Pavilion can comfortably house over 120 seated guests or up to 200 guests for a cocktail function.

CLUBHOUSE

The BGC Clubhouse can cater for 90 guests in air-conditioned comfort. The seating arrangements can be a mix of chairs, dry bars and stools and a dance floor can be configured according to the client requirements. The area has a stage, PA and lighting system and is adjacent to the main bar area.

SIDE GARDEN

The BGC Side Garden provides the perfect opportunity for private day time functions. Nestled away in-between greenery, the area offers a view of the picturesque course. The area is ideal for 50 guests.

  • Pavilion or Clubhouse venue access for 4 hours
  • Guests tables and seating (Choice of low tables or high bars)
  • White table cloths, napkins, cutlery
  • Designated parking guests

SYNTHETIC GREEN

Our new synthetic green provides the perfect outdoor function space for both day and night time functions. With views overlooking the course and umbrellas for shade, it’s a picturesque environment for any event. The Synthetic Green can accommodate up to 120 people cocktail style.
